Beginners Pilates – Suitable for those wanting to learn the basic Pilates principles and then progress onto the Improvers or Gentle class. The number of beginners lessons needed before moving on will vary from person to person. Even people with fitness experience will need to attend the beginners class first in order to get a good foundation for the exercises and get the most benefit from them. One to one or small group lessons are also available if preferred.
Improvers Pilates – Suitable for those who have learnt the basic Pilates principles and those with Pilates experience. Modifications and options are given for differing abilities/injuries.
Intermediate Pilates – Suitable for those with Pilates experience and the chance to progress to the intermediate exercises. Modifications and options are still given.
Gentle Pilates – Suitable for those who have learnt the basic Pilates principles and prefer a slower, more gentle Pilates class. Modifications and options are given.
Yoga – A mixed class, mostly with sun salutations and a variety of standing and mat poses.
Gentle Yoga – A slower class with a variety of standing and mat poses.
Chinese Yoga – A dynamic yoga class based on the Chinese elements of earth, water, fire and air.
